How can I appeal?
All appeals, complaints and transfer of liability must be put in writing, and must be received within 28 days of the issue date of this notice.
Appeal online at: www.paymypcn.net or by post to EV Parking Management, PO BOX 5419, Hove, BN52 9AN. Please include all information to assist with the appeal. The charge will be placed on hold until an appeal outcome is provided. If your appeal is unsuccessful, you will be advised in writing (within 35 days).
Please contact us if you do not receive an appeals acknowledgement within 14 days. If the parking event occurred in England or Wales, you will also be provided with details of how to further appeal to the independent appeals service POPLA (Parking on Private Land Appeals) along with a unique reference number. If your appeal is rejected you must appeal to POPLA within 28 days of the date of the rejection correspondence. Please note, POPLA will not accept an appeal if you have not appealed to ourselves in the first instance. If you appeal to POPLA and your appeal is rejected, you will lose the option to pay the reduced amount.
Please ensure all appeals contain the correct PCN reference number, vehicle registration number, relevant contact details, and sufficient evidence to support your claim (such as photos).
